This is like “Whiplash” with a Texas Chainsaw Massacre mask and a guy gargling in the background.
I’ll give ’em this: it’s coherent no wave. They have unique vision and execution. There is actually music down there somewhere. I don’t know that I could take a whole set.
That’s exactly it, there is music down in there that kind of wells up out of the tornado of sound. It looks like surprisingly large crowds in these videos, all things considered.
Okay, here’s another one. Not quite as good musically, but well worth watching for the antics of Crazy Brian the Drummer. From Italy in 2008, shortly after the Stinking Polecats broke up.
