Stick around Leeds’ post-punk scene a little longer, we visit Delta 5 on the Top of the Pops. The caption says it was 1981. Delta 5 notably had two singers and two bass players.
I liked the first D5 album better than the equivalent Gang of Four, at the time, because it was more shambly, less regimented, and nothing else sounded like it, but digging through the cuts on YouTube this morning my affection was mostly nostalgic. I would not dance (or prance) to this.
