This is downright eerie. I had a friend who was way into The Spinners, so I only knew this version. Way different:

Not to change the subject, but “One Of A Kind Love Affair” and “Could It Be I’m Falling In Love” are songs that immediately take me back to transistor radios in the summer, like all the Al Green hits.
I didn’t know The Spinners version. Smooth but I like Wilson’s rough stuff better, and the band just swings LAMF.
