What Goes Around… June 9, 2013 by Gene McCaffrey For Phil Lynott, who is playing bass (with Steve Jones and Paul Cook too) Share this:FacebookLinkedInEmailTwitterMoreTumblrPinterestReddit
Damn, it is Sex Pistol-y. I feel cheated that the bulk of NYC pre-post punk bands never really played out here. So, largely the world of the Dolls and Thunders was lost on me. Feel bad I could not get to the Dolls concert a few years back with Peter and Gene. Do have a great Mojo Magazine collection of NYC Punk that at least features a lot of those bands. Reply
LAMF and So Alone will rank high on my Top 50. Not a bad song on either album…the Dolls did play SF in ’73, it’s in the All Dolled Up movie. Reply
Sure is Sex Pistol-y. That has to have been written by Steve Jones, right?
This is Johnny’s answer song to the Pistols’ New York.
